William H. Hallett, son of Jackson and Mary Hallett, was born Feb 19, 1877, and died September 24, 1901. He was an obedient and loving son and affectionate brother. He leaves a father and mother, two brothers, Harvey and George and two sisters, Sallie H. Hallett and Mrs. Charles Smith. A host of friends mourn his loss. The funeral services at the Cristian Church in Alamo at 2 p.m. Sept 25 were conducted by Rev. L.F. Galey. - kbz

Wm Hallett, of Bluff Mills, was buried at this place (*Alamo) last Thursday. The funeral was held at the Christian Church and was preached by Rev. Galey, the Baptist minister.

William Hallett, of Bluff Mills, son of Mr. and Mrs. Jack Hallett, departed this life Sept. 25, 1901. He leaves a father, mother, two sisters and two brothers. He died of typhoid fever. The funeral services were conducted at the house, interment at the Alamo Cemetery.
